We offer technical support for your web site, e-mail, office network and any Unix based machines you may have (e.g. Apple desktops or laptops, Linux or other Unix servers). Even if someone else has written your site, we have experience with all the popular web technologies and are happy to help out with most problems.

What about Windows?

While we can offer technical support for the Windows operating system, the inherent insecurity of Windows makes it a poor choice for many business purposes, and we thoroughly recommend making the switch to Mac for desktop or any form of Unix as a server (Ubuntu is popular variant of Linux which makes a good first server operating system).

I had this other company who did X …

While any company prefers to work from a clean sheet, we have extensive experience in working with sites, networks and hosting set-ups that have been created by other folks who, for one reason or another, have not been able to finish the job. Even if you just need a second opinion, we are happy to help.

Do you offer training?

Yes, we can provide training on a variety of topics, including Microsoft Office and General Introduction to the Mac. Please contact us to discuss your specific training needs.

How much does it cost?

We bill by the hour, and we charge €65 per hour. If you pre-pay for 12 hours we will only charge you for 10. (€650).
